We had a wonderful experience with Rusel Felts Motor Company !  We made many visits there in our search for a Hummer H2 and delt exclusively with Cesar.  They were all very polite and professional.  They have an inventory of very nice vehicles with many different makes and models to choose from.  They continued to work with us, very patiently, for many weeks trying to get us in the vehicle we wanted and never once tried to talk us into anything else.  They are truly there for their customers and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.  We have referred several friends and family to them with no worries that they wouldn't be treated right.  We had friends purchase a truck from them just today and they couldn't be happier !  We will definitely work with Rusel Felts again !

My experience with RUSEL FELTS MOTOR COMPANY was enjoyable and painless.

 

 

  Having some negative experience in buying cars from a typical dealership, I’m always apprehensive about going through the same process again.  This was not the case in working with Julio.  My first call taken by Julio was and handled professionally and informative.  He immediately knew about the car and had it parked up front upon my arrival.  The price negotiation was handled well and we came to a reasonable number quickly.  I never felt pressured.  Rusel Felts came through on everything they promised.  I would definitely recommend Rusel Felts and Julio Rodriguez to any potential auto buyers.
