I wanted to thank everyone at Rusel Felts Motor Co. for excellent customer service and a beautiful car. I had been mainly interacting with Marisu, but every person I talked to there was wonderful. This was the first time I purchased a car over the internet. And, buying a car from out-of-state, site-unseen, was daunting and a bit scarey. One can think of all the fraud possible with internet sales, but, Marisu help walk me through all the steps to build the trust so needed in this type of purchase. This including giving me options for third-party inspections of the car and even driving the car over to another dealership for them to check it out.
